Servers

The Servers section allows you to connect and manage external services used for email communication, calendar and contact synchronization, and news feeds. The following server types are supported:

  • Email Servers (IMAP & SMTP)
  • DAV Servers (e.g. for contacts and calendars via CalDAV or CardDAV)
  • Feed Servers (e.g. RSS feeds)

Server Overview​

All configured servers are grouped by type: Mail, DAV, and Feed. For each category, new server profiles can be added and existing ones edited.

The overview provides the following features:

  • Filtering by status: active, inactive, or deleted
  • Tagging, to organize and group servers by category or function
  • Quick access to server status and configuration details

Setting a Default Server​

For specific actions in ZeyOS (e.g. sending emails via a preferred server), a default server can be defined. This server will be used automatically unless another one is selected manually.
