User Management
Overview
In the User Management section, an overview of all existing user accounts is provided. On the right-hand side, filters can be applied to narrow down the list—for example, by active, deactivated, or deleted users, as well as by group membership. This allows for a clear and targeted view of the user database.
First steps of the administration
Creation of users:
- Creation of a new user: You can create new users and groups through user management.
When creating a new user, the name must be specified, an e-mail address and a password must be set. If an employee is hired on a temporary basis, an expiration date can be set at this point.

- external employees:
If employees shouldn't have access to the platform but need to exchange data with ZeyOS via other applications, external employees can be created. Since a profile cannot be shared by several employees and you pay per user, it is a good way to place employees who do not need to use the platform as external users for cost reasons.
The employee still behaves like a user in the system: his work steps can be logged, he can be added to appointments, etc., but he cannot behave like a user within the platform and manage the applications, as he does not receive log-in data.
The "API-only" (application programming interface) switch automatically sets the user up so that he cannot log in to the ZeyOS user interface, but also keeps his profile free of charge.
