In the Subscription section, administrators are provided with a comprehensive overview of the current ZeyOS contract, including usage and billing details.

Quick Overview

The top section displays key subscription information at a glance:

• Number of active users
• Maximum number of users allowed by contract
• Cost per user / month
• Current billing cycle

Managing Your ZeyOS Subscription

• Edition/Subscription type (Launch, Standard, Premium)
• Upgrade options to higher editions, including pricing details

Contract Details (Detailed View)

The Contract Details section includes more in-depth information:

• Instance ID
• Currently booked edition
• Billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly)
• Contract start date
• Price per user / month
• Price per GB / month for storage
• APIusage costs (if applicable)
• Maximum number of users included in the contract

Billing Information

The Billing Details section allows for review and updates of:

• Billing account
• Contact information for invoicing
• Option to update the payment method

Usage Statistics

For each billing period, a detailed usage report is available for download. This includes data on user activity and any additional usage (e.g., storage or API calls).
